    • Patients: Individuals or their authorized representatives registering on the Platform for accessing healthcare services.
    • Medical Practitioners and/or Doctors: Healthcare professionals and their authorized representatives registering on the Platform.
    • Hospital Administrators & their Staff: Personnel associated with healthcare facilities using the app for operational purposes.
    • Other Users: Any other user of the Platform.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal information” refers to any data collected, processed, or stored by our app that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked directly or indirectly with an individual.

      • 4.2.2. This information is fundamental for verifying Medical Practitioners’ credentials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, facilitating secure patient consultations, managing appointments, and maintaining accurate healthcare records within the application.
    • 4.3. Hospital Admin & Staff Information
      • 4.3.1. Hospital administrators and staff members provide vital information such as the hospital’s legal name, physical address, contact details, and staff profiles including their names and roles within the healthcare facility.
      • 4.3.2. This data is essential for administering and overseeing hospital operations, managing user access and permissions within the application, coordinating patient care, ensuring data security and confidentiality, and complying with applicable healthcare regulations and privacy laws.
    • 4.4. Usage Information
      • 4.4.1. The app gathers usage information to optimize user experience, enhance service delivery, and improve the overall functionality of the application.
      • 4.4.2. This includes but is not limited to data on user interactions with healthcare providers, communication through chat messages, appointment scheduling activities, medical document uploads, and other user engagements within the platform.

By analyzing this usage data, the app aims to identify user preferences, streamline workflows, enhance system performance, and continually refine and innovate its healthcare services while strictly adhering to legal and regulatory frameworks governing data privacy, security, and confidentiality in the healthcare sector.

  3. 5.1.3. Communication: Contacting patients for communication purposes related to appointments, feedback, and enhancing user experience in booking appointments and accessing healthcare services.
  4. 5.1.4. Customer Support: Addressing and debugging customer support-related issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
  5. 5.1.5. Transaction Completion: Contacting users to complete transactions if they have provided contact information during transaction-related steps.
  1. 5.2. Medical Practitioners Consent
    • 5.2.1. As part of the registration and application process available to doctors on the app, certain information including Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information is collected from the Medical Practitioners wherein by using the app, the Medical Practitioners accept the use, collection, and disclosure of such information to the app.
    • 5.2.2. All the statements in this Privacy Policy apply to all Medical Practitioners and all Medical Practitioners are therefore required to read and understand the privacy statements set out herein prior to submitting any Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information to the app. Failing which, they are required to cease using the Services immediately.
    • 5.2.3. Use of Information: Medical Practitioner’s personally identifiable information, which they choose to provide to the app, is used to help the doctors describe, authenticate, and identify themselves. SLINCAS TECHNOLOGIES may use such information for commercial purposes and in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form for research, statistical analysis, and business intelligence purposes. And may sell or otherwise transfer such research, statistical, or intelligence data in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form to third parties and affiliates. The Medical Practitioners’ information listed on the app is displayed when Users search for Medical Practitioners on the application, and the Medical Practitioners’ information listed on the app is used by Users to request the Medical Practitioners’ appointments. Any personally identifiable information of the Medical Practitioners listed on the app/website is not generated by SLINCAS TECHNOLOGIES and is provided to SLINCAS TECHNOLOGIES by Medical Practitioners who wish to enlist themselves on the app/website or is collected by SLINCAS TECHNOLOGIES from the public domain.
  2. Disclaimer of Content Control
    • 6.1. SLINCAS TECHNOLOGIES does not control or endorse the content, messages, or information found in any part of the application or services.
    • 6.2. Therefore, SLINCAS TECHNOLOGIES specifically disclaims any liability concerning the services and any actions resulting from your participation in them.
    • 6.3. By using the app/website, you agree to waive any claims against SLINCAS TECHNOLOGIES related to the services. If any such waiver is deemed ineffective, you agree to release any claims against SLINCAS TECHNOLOGIES concerning the same.
