As part of the registration and application process available to doctors on the app, certain information including Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information is collected from the Medical Practitioners wherein by using the app, the Medical Practitioners accept the use, collection, and disclosure of such information to the app.

All the statements in this Privacy Policy apply to all Medical Practitioners and all Medical Practitioners are therefore required to read and understand the privacy statements set out herein prior to submitting any Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information to the app. Failing which, they are required to cease using the Services immediately.

Use of Information: Medical Practitioner’s personally identifiable information, which they choose to provide to the app, is used to help the doctors describe, authenticate, and identify themselves. And may sell or otherwise transfer such research, statistical, or intelligence data in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form to third parties and affiliates. The Medical Practitioners’ information listed on the app is displayed when Users search for Medical Practitioners on the application, and the Medical Practitioners’ information listed on the app is used by Users to request the Medical Practitioners’ appointments. Any personally identifiable information of the Medical Practitioners listed on the app/website is not generated by SLINCAS TECHNOLOGIES and is provided to SLINCAS TECHNOLOGIES by Medical Practitioners who wish to enlist themselves on the app/website or is collected by SLINCAS TECHNOLOGIES from the public domain.

    • 6.1. SLINCAS TECHNOLOGIES does not control or endorse the content, messages, or information found in any part of the application or services.
    • 6.2. Therefore, SLINCAS TECHNOLOGIES specifically disclaims any liability concerning the services and any actions resulting from your participation in them.
